Milivoj Ćeran è un artista professionista dal 2002. Lavora con i media tradizionali. Vive a Zaprešić, Croazia. È noto per l'arte di Magic the Gathering, ma anche per il suo progetto personale “Norse Mythology art book”, finanziato con successo nel 2017, in collaborazione con Jon Schindehette/Art Order. Ha ricevuto numerosi premi: premio “Best Artist – Hall of Fame” per il 2018, premio da parte della European Science Fiction Society Gen Con Art Show 1° posto per la migliore arte originale nel 2017.
