Victor Perez

Victor Perez is a remarkable figure in the visual effects industry. He worked in several sectors, boasting a career of more than 25 years. He started as a photography director, then became a colourist, an image post-production operator and creator of visual effects as well as CG generalist. During his long career he worked for numerous Hollywood films, such as “The Dark Knight Returns” by Christopher Nolan, “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story", "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End”. Later he became a director, bringing him to his current role, the visual effect supervisor. 

His long career granted him more than 50 awards and nominations. In 2019, he made the history with his experimental project called “Echo”. It got a nomination at Visual Effects Society Awards, becoming the first nominated short film for this prestigious award.
