Marius Marcinkevičius

Marius Marcinkevičius is a doctor, poet and writer. After the birth of his children, he started to write, releasing a novel and several books for children and, in 2023 released, Mergaitė su šautuvu: istorija apie mergaitę partizanę, his best seller. His books have been translated in many foreign languages, have received numerous awards in Lithuania and Abroad and have been adapted for theatre pieces, musicals and animated cartoons. In 2020 Marius was added to the IBBY honor list.
