Troy Denning

Troy Denning is the New York Times bestselling author of over 40 novels of science fiction and fantasy. He started his career in 1981, by joining TSR Hobbies as a games editor. Over the next few years, he served TSR in a variety of capacities, including Senior Designer, Manager of Game Design, and Manager of Editorial. As a game designer, he is one of the co-designers (with Tim Brown) of the original DARK SUN Campaign Setting. But he is best-known as a media tie-in novelist, having written twenty novels set in various Dungeons & Dragons campaign worlds, a dozen novels in the STAR WARS Expanded Universe, and seven in the HALO computer gaming universe.
