The LC&G Music Tent will offer both an afternoon and evening programme, during all five days. In the afternoon, it will be possible to access the shows just with the festival ticket. Instead, there will be separate tickets, purchasable from today Tuesday the 25th of July at 4 p.m. and subject to availability, for the evening shows, opening at 8:30 p.m. and starting at 9:30 p.m., with a discount for Early Birds holders and for those who will purchase a Lucca Comics & Games 2023 access title. As from today, those interested in purchasing a concert ticket will still have the possibility to buy the Lucca Comics & Games 2023 ticket, benefiting from the promotion dedicated to Festival visitors. In this case, it will be possible to purchase only the daily tickets valid for the same day of the chosen concert.
Those interested in purchasing the concert ticket using the Print@home modality in combo with the festival ticket can also choose to buy the “Skip the Welcome Desk” Service and receive the concert ticket, the Lucca Comics & Games ticket and the bracelet at home.

What is a FanTicket?
By purchasing a daily ticket with the “Skip the welcome desk” Service, you will receive at home, in addition to the bracelet, also the FANTICKET, the traditional paper ticket “to collect”.

What is the “SKIP THE WELCOME DESK” Service?
Purchase the ticket online and select the Express Freight delivery. To access the Lucca Comics & Games 2023, you need to show a valid ticket and the relative bracelet at the entrance. The “Skip the welcome desk” Service will allow you to receive them directly at home, without having to queue at the Welcome Desk to withdraw the bracelet the day of the event. This way, you will have directly at home, and in advance, all you need to access the event (ticket + bracelet).
How much does the “SKIP THE WELCOME DESK” Service cost?
The “Skip the welcome desk” Service includes the normal price of the Express Freight delivery of 9.99 euros in Italy. The service price is one per order, so it applies for all the tickets included in your order, together with the relative bracelets.

How many “welcome desks” are there?
There will be 6 Welcome Desks and they will be visible on the map that will be published on the site in the next weeks.
How can I collect the bracelet?
Those who purchased a pass or single ticket for more than one day (except “skip the welcome desk”) can collect their bracelet directly at the first “Welcome desk” access, with no need of coming back in the next days. Every day will be identified by a specific color, necessary to enter all the paid areas in the festival.
I have bought the daily ticket/pass Print@home or eTicket and i haven’t selected the option “Skip the welcome desk” can I get the bracelet at home in a second moment?
No, you can collect the bracelet/s directly in the days of the festival, at the Welcome desks.
How can I purchase tickets for a group?
Starting on 5 September (from 3pm), groups and groups of at least 20 people can access the dedicated website comitive.luccacomicsandgames.com to purchase at a reduced price and send in a single consignment - made out to the person in charge of the group - the daily tickets and the relative wristbands. Upon reaching 20 persons, a free ticket (the 21st) will be provided. With this method, it will not be necessary to go to the Welcome Desks to collect the wristbands.

How can I get tickets as a person with a health conditions or impairments?
The dedicated to people with health conditions or impairments will be activated from 5th of September (from 15.00).
They get a free entrance (regardless of the type or percentage of disability they have) and the eventual person coming with them will get a reduced ticket.
A free entrance and any discounts can be requested online or at the box offices set up all around the city of Lucca during the festival, presenting valid documentation.
Persons with health conditions and impairments may receive free (daily) tickets in advance by accessing the site senzabarriere.luccacomicsandgames.com.
On the site, the required documentation certifying the disability must be entered and it will be possible to access various options:
- daily free gift with printing at home (print@home), or daily free gift with print at home (print@home) and purchase of a reduced price ticket for the accompanying person (these options include collection of the bracelet at the Welcome Desks during the days of the festival),
- daily free gift in Skip the Welcome Desk mode, or daily free gift in Skip the Welcome Desk mode and purchase of a reduced price ticket for the accompanying person (these options include sending the ticket(s) and bracelet(s) directly to your home, paying the shipping price indicated on the website).
This opportunity is in addition to the possibility, during the days of the festival, of requesting directly on site - at the ticket offices or at the Croce Verde di Lucca - free day tickets for persons with health conditions or impairments and any reduced price tickets for accompanying persons. This option will always be guaranteed even if the 80,000 daily tickets provided are sold out.

Are there any guaranteed tickets for people with health conditions or impairments?
The Lucca Comics & Games organisation has already established a share of free tickets and reduced ones for any accompanying person, in order to guarantee the number of applicants even in case of sold out.
Do children enter for free at Lucca Comics & Games?
Children born after the 1st of January 2014 have free access to the festival; access mode will be announced in September. There will be no reduced tickets or specific discounts for families.
Can I book parking?
In the coming days will also be activated the parking reservation services managed by the company Metro, with which Lucca Comics & Games collaborates, through the site eventi.parcheggilucca.it
Can I come to Lucca Comics & Games using the bus + ticket option?
The option Eventi in Bus remains valid also in 2023, which foresees the possibility to buy the daily ticket combined with the journey to/from Lucca. What can I do if I want to change dates or can no longer come?
After the purchase you will not be able to change date or ask for a refund, but you can eventually put your ticket on sale through the dedicated Resale area of Ticketone (fanSALE.it).
How do I get to the concerts?
The LC&G Music Tent (the new venue dedicated exclusively to the Music programme) will host an afternoon and evening programme for all five days of the event.
In the afternoon it will be possible to access the shows only with the festival ticket, while for the evening concerts - with access from 8.30 pm and the show starting at 9.30 pm - there will be separate tickets, which can be purchased while places last, with a discount for those who will be in possession of a Lucca Comics & Games 2023 admission ticket.

Can I bring weapons in line with my cosplay?
It is forbidden to bring in weapons of any kind regardless of whether or not you have a licence to carry them; it is forbidden to bring in reproductions of firearms if they do not have a red cap or similar paintwork on the front, and white weapons if they have a sharp point and/or cutting edge (e.g. swords, katanas, etc.).
On the other hand, reproduced firearms WITH a red cap and reproduced bladed weapons WITHOUT sharp points and/or sharp edges will be permitted ONLY IF they are scenically matched to the costume worn.
