In collaboration with Panini and saldaPress, another important Lucca Comics & Games 2023 guest comes directly from New York, but he is originally from Northern Ireland. An intelligent, sharp, irreverent artist closely linked to the 90s with his style that wisely mixes irony and performance, even extreme, ready to always amaze the audience with his works.
From Preacher and The Boys (both adapted for TV) to Hitman, Crossed, Marjorie Finnegan - Temporal criminal and Ribbon Queen, as well as the successful series of Punisher and Fury for Marvel, Garth Ennis has forever changed the world of comics. During Lucca Comics & Games it will be possible to see in person some of his most emblematic comic pages, which will be displayed in an exhibition dedicated to him at Palazzo Ducale.
