Corso di formazione per board game-based learning: modello di valutazione di impatto per un programma a livello nazionale in Italia

La GBL (Game Based Learning) è un metodo educativo molto noto a livello internazionale, ma poco utilizzato in Italia. Le ragioni sono diverse, compresa un'adeguata formazione al metodo. Da 4 anni il CSI Nazionale ha fatto partire il progetto "Didattica Ludica" con l'intento di formare operatori ludici ed introdurli all'uso della bGBL (Board Game Based Learning): ovvero l'utilizzo privilegiato del gioco da tavolo e di ruolo per uso educativo e didattico. Da Gennaio 2024 abbiamo iniziato un lavoro di valutazione d'impatto di tale corso: proponiamo qui i primi risultati e il prospetto dei futuri sviluppi, già presentati in anteprima presso la XXVIII edizione del ECGBL ad Aahrus lo scorso 3 Ottobre 2024.

Alessandra Carena Communication designer and educator, she has organized for years both public and private events related to the world of play. A graduate in Pedagogy and Educational Research from the University of Genoa, she is a founding partner of the project “Emotional Laboratories ETS” with which she has carried out numerous workshops in prestigious contexts such as the Andersen Festival in Sestri Levante, the De Amicis Library in Genoa and Palazzo Ducale in Genoa. Since 2018, he has been managing the Recreational Space of Villa Sottanis in Casarza Ligure through which he has promoted numerous cultural initiatives on the theme of play and reading aloud for the 0/10 age group. Ordinary Member of the Game Science Research Center for which she heads the committee on the epistemology of Game Science. Accredited trainer for the project “Didattica Ludica” at the Centro Sportivo Italiano(CSI).

Andrea Tinterri Associate Professor at Pegaso Telematic University and board game designer. His research interests include the use of technologies to support teaching, assessment, and game-based learning.

Tommaso Francesco Piccinno Is a researcher with a PhD in Psychology, Anthropology, and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Genoa, specializing in work and organizational psychology. He is an adjunct professor of nontechnical skills at the engineering department of the University of Genova. His research focuses on nontechnical skills, teaching methodology, and Game Based Learning. He has been involved in various projects concerning training, didactics, faculty development. He also co-founded V.I.E. SRL, a consulting firm specializing in human factors and organizational safety.

Michele Masini Is a researcher with a PhD in Psychology, Anthropology, and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Genoa, specializing in cognitive ergonomics and human factors. As a lecturer at the University of Genoa, he has conducted courses on cognitive ergonomics, psychology for design and soft skills. His research focuses on nontechnical skills, teaching methodology, and Game Based Learning. He has been involved in various projects concerning training, didactics, faculty development. He also co-founded V.I.E. SRL, a consulting firm specializing in human factors and organizational safety.
