20 years of passion, dreams and gratitude towards an audience that has always been our twelfth man: these are the requirements at the foundation of the music area project of Lucca Comics & Games 2024, whose program looks to the future without forgetting about the path that led us here.
October 30th
The opening of the show will be entrusted to the Sick N’ Beautiful on October 30th, and on the same day the Timoria will perform the memorable concept album Viaggo Senza Vento, the first Italian Indie Rock gold record. At their side there will be many lifelong “warriors” friends, such as: Cristiano Godano, Enrico Zapparoli, Cristina Scabbia, Francesco Moneti, Frankie Hi-NRG, Andrea Rockk, the cartoonist Andrea Manfredini and the scriptwriter Andrea Guglielmino. Later, the Galactic Empire, the most important cosplay heavy metal tribute band of John Willilams in the galaxy, will perform at the evening concert.
October 31st
On the topic of rock music, we must mention the participation of Finnish band Lordi on October 31st, together with the Slug Gore and their “monstrous” sound and the Fulci, a band inspired by Lucio Fulci’s renowned horror films.
November 1st
On November 1st, our stage will welcome the special concert Giorgio Vanni & I Figli di Goku – Special Guest: Ammiraglio Max, with a big surprise: the Captain has chosen Lucca to present his new album, in collaboration with Sony Music. On top of that, the magical Winx are back to the festival to celebrate their 20th anniversary with their audience during the Winx Live & Cosplay Show.
November 2nd
On November 2nd, besides the long-awaited K-Pop Contest by KST – Kpop Show Time, the spotlight will be on the concert dedicated to the celebration of the 20th anniversary of a thematic area that has always been the soundtrack of the festival: Vent’anni e poi...
November 3rd
November 3rd will start with the traditional “Sanremo Fantasy”, the Anime Vocal Contest, followed by a dive into the Disney world with the vocal band ArteMuse. The show will end with a musical trip in the universe of cartoon openings: a unique journey from Alessandra Valeri Manera to Cristina D’Avena in Parole e Magia; the queen of cartoon openings will be accompanied by the backing band D’Avengers, a regular presence in concerts in Lucca.
