Lucca Games Cafè
In this 2024 edition, not only the indoor area of the Carducci pavilion is being renewed, but also the outdoor areas. Next to Ingellis hall, a new area dedicated to organised gaming will be set up, from demo tables to tournaments: the Lucca Games Cafè. This space has been specifically designed for players and will host over 70 tables, which will no longer be inside the pavilion, allowing easier interaction among players and improved acoustics.
Lucca Games Cafè will become the new home for many of the traditional activities related to the gaming world, such as the Game library, the Rolympics, the Mastering Tournament, the Play with the Designer, The Boar’s Corner, the Role-playing Game of the Year and the multi-table game sessions in collaboration with publishing houses of the role playing games world and much more.
In collaboration with Gem Quality Games Supply, the Lucca Games Cafè will provide the Spotlight Table, a professional gaming table totally dedicated to showcasing the main editorial news.
However, the real beating heart of the Lucca Games Cafè will be the area dedicated to tournaments. The schedule of the tournament activities is being finalised with the leading tabletop game publishers, but we can already announce the following titles:
