Coming back once again at the Polo Fiere is Japan Town, Italy’s long-awaited corner of Japan, one of the most beloved and biggest stands in all of Lucca Comics & Games.

This year Japan Town will be even richer: over 120 display cabinets ranging from action figures to traditional handcraft, gadgets to clothing, retro videogames to martial arts, to all the information about travelling and studying in Japan.

Events are coming back on the Japan Live stage, as well as the coin-op zone for playing. The food area will be bigger and more comfortable. 

And then, the big news: The Mangaka Area, with themed showcases for all aspiring mangakas; the 50^th anniversary Chogokin exhibition, the little metal robots that captivated thousands of collectors worldwide, curated by Fabrizio Modina and organized in collaboration with Cosmicgroup and Tamashii Nations.

A beautiful spin-off of the exhibition will be dedicated to the mecha-design of sensei Shoji Kawamori, who’s coming to Italy for the first time ever, guest of Lucca Comics & Games, Cosmicgroup and Dynit.
