Disabled Access

Disabled visitors can enter any pavilion and any area open to the public for free every day. They need to request their free ticket at any ticket booth or service point, showing their certificate.

They need to request their free ticket at the above-mentioned points every single day they want to enter the areas of the convention.

Their companion (one) have the right to purchase a reduced ticket (see Price Table); they can purchase their reduced ticket while requesting the free ticket.

Both disabled visitors and their companion remain subject to the general safety measures for the entire duration of the festival, as any other visitor is (e.g. places still available in a cinema; reaching the maximum capacity of a pavilion). Therefore we suggest, as to any visitor, to take into account the possibility of standing in line or of a great turn-out at some places or events.

Easy Gates will be granted and clearly indicated

in most pavilions and areas of the festival, and they will be available for disabled visitors and pregnant women. Our staff will do their best to facilitate their entry. Even at these entrances, you need to show your ticket to enter, even if it is a free ticket or a reduced ticket, in case you are the companion of a disabled visitor.
