Sara Colaone, visual poetry

Born in Pordenone, but based in Bologna, she actively collaborates with Kappa Edizioni with her short stories and graphic novels, "Ciao ciao bambina" and the award-winner "In Italia sono tutti maschi", among the others. She's the author of several illustrations and covers for big Italian and international publishers.

Thanks to her graceful and evocative style, the reader sinks easily in the rarefied atmospheres of her stories.

She is the 2017 Lucca Comics & Games Best Artist winner for "Leda. Che solo amore e luce ha per confine".
