COMPANY HISTORY
The company was formed on the instructions of the City Council by resolution n. 96 dated 21 October 2004 and by notarial deed dated 27 October 2004 and signed by Aldo Mignone, Notary located in Lucca. It is the object of this company to organise activities aimed at promoting the economic and civil development of the local community, provided that they are carried out in sustainable and long-term economic and financial conditions.
On 19 April 2005, the City of Lucca has sold its entire shareholding in Lucca Comics & Games S.r.l. to Lucca Holding S.p.A. by notarial deed signed by Aldo Mignone, Notary located in Lucca.
On 9 July 2015, Lucca fiere e Congressi S.p.A. company, located in Lucca, was incorporated by notarial deed signed by Luca Nannini, Notary.
